New Day, New Start- Egg Muffins

I woke up this morning with a renewed sense inside of me, today is the day! No more feeling guilt about food, no more emotion attached to it. It was never an issue so how did it become that way?
 Obsession.....
I believe the moment that you think about food you want food. If you eat healthy and eat when you are hungry there won't be any issues.
Start the day off healthy and you will want to continue that throughout the day.
  • Go for a run or workout early and get the workout out of your way
  • Drink plenty of water- your skin will thank you and you will get hungry less
  • As gross as this sounds- your pee should be clear, if its not you NEED MORE H2O
  • Lastly, don't skip meals because you will be more likely to "induldge" because your blood sugar is down

Breakfast:-Paleo Style
Egg Muffins-filled with spinach, green pepper, onion, and ham or  Fresh Basil, Tomatoes, and Onion
     THE VARIATIONS ARE ENDLESS!

-Whip eggs and fold in your favorite egg ingredients and bake on 350 for 20 mins and tadaaaa.

He suggested that you use baking cups, which I did not and they turned out just fine. I sprayed down the muffin tin with oil and as soon as they come out of the oven I used a butter knife to pop them out.

Each Muffin is about one egg- I use a few egg whites instead of all whole eggs to cut down on the cholesterol and calories.

Make in a huge batch and eat all week long for breakfast and snacks!
